When you need to send a fax, you simply select "Print" from your favorite applications and chose the OKFax.com FAXmaker printer, chose the recipient from your own contact list and hit send. The process is that easy. Whats more, you will even receive a confirmation email informing you that your fax was sent successfully. All of this and more available from your standard PC, as long as you have internet access you can send and receive email anywhere in the world. You will never be out of communication again.

DO I RECEIVE A REAL FAX NUMBER?

Yes, you do. Our system is completely transparent to the person faxing you. The fax number you give to your clients and vendors will look and act as any other fax number or fax machine would. The only difference is what happens to the fax once we receive it. Our network will automatically convert your received fax to a PDF attachment and send it directly to your email.

CAN I SEND FAXES?

Yes, you can. If you plan to send faxes, you will need to install and configure the OKFax.com FAXmaker application before outbound faxing will work. Once the software is configured, you will find that the OKFax.com software is one of the easiest applications to use. Our application installs a "FAXmaker" printer in your computer, so sending a fax is as easy as hitting "Print" and choosing the "FAXmaker" printer from your list of available devices. If you know how to print from your computer, you will be an expert at sending faxes in no time at all. We have received many customer compliments about our software application.

CAN I SAVE MY FAXES?

Yes, you can. Since your faxes arrive as emails, you can treat them just like you would any other emails. If you utilize Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express you may be able to save them indefinitely. If you utilize an free email provider such as Hotmail or Yahoo, you may want to check their policies regarding storage times. Some providers will only keep messages up to 180 days.
